LEGO Robotics Camp

Lego Robotics STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) learning program from LEGO EDUCATION. We have designed different exciting LEGO Robotics projects. Children will embrace the power of Design Thinking to solve interactive, hands-on challenges.

  • Students can build different prototype models with Lego Wedo 2.0, they can build machines like Milo, the science rover, Pulling Object machine, Earthquake projects, Hazard Projects. It will give them better exposure to both building and coding.

Lego Education WeDo 2.0

LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 is developed to engage and motivate students’ interest in learning science and engineering related subjects. This is done through the use of motorized LEGO models and simple programming.

WeDo 2.0 supports a hands-on, “minds on” learning solution that gives students the confidence to ask questions and the tools to find the answers and to solve real-life problems.

  • For Year 4 onwards students, we have created buildings and coding with Lego EV3 Mindstorm, students can learn about different types of sensors, motors, coding, etc. They will make and move EV3 bot with set parameters.

Lego EV3 Mindstorm

The course LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 makes building, programming and commanding your own LEGO robots smarter, faster, and more fun than ever. Before you know it, you’ll be in control of robots that drive, shoot, slither, walk, slam, and spin – to name just a few of the actions that come with this awesome robotics set.

Through hands-on learning, This course on EV3 will enable student to understand forces and motion; graph and interpret rotation sensor data; develop robots capable of complex thinking using logical structures and sensor feedback; understand that complex systems are created from subsystems; and design, build and program a fully-functioning robotic system.

Our program:

  • Suitable for kids School Year 2 to 7– Parents can drop off early at 8.45 am, session will start at 9.00 am.
  • All equipment supplied during the workshop.
  • Children must bring their own packed recess & lunch, drink bottle.
  • Children with allergies must bring their medication and Action Plans

What Kids Learn in Robotics Camp

In this LEGO robotics camp, kids build and program LEGO Robots to think, move and react. Furthermore, they use these skills to solve various engineering challenges facing the world today in a wide range of industries. A key advantage to our robotics camp is that kids will work in a group which build up their teamwork skills and idea sharing which boost up their creativity. As a result, kids have a fully-engaged learning experience.

Kids learn multiple aspects of engineering, automation, and coding to accomplish a series of innovative challenges in this robotics summer camp. While they don’t get to take their LEGO robots home at the end of camp, they do get to keep their valuable coding, problem-solving, and programming skills. STEM skills we hope they will continue to grow and develop.
